We are happy to announce that, in 18th December,2015, Anyang Gemco Energy Machinery Co., Ltd. joined and became an essential subsidiary of China National United Equipment Group Corp. (CNBM), which is remarkable for both of them.
China National United Equipment Group Corp. (CNBM), formerly known as China National Light Industrial Machinery Corp., was founded in March 1980 on the basis of the Machinery Bureau under the Light Industry Ministry upon approval of the State Council. CNBM is the only large state-owned enterprise providing light industrial machinery under the administration of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council. It is incorporated into China National Building Material Group Corporation in early 2005 and headquartered in Beijing.
CNBM enjoys very high reputation at home and abroad with experienced background, strong technical force, and excellent product performance. Gathered by state-level research institutes of Class A Qualifications for engineering design and the core backbone enterprises of manufacturing large-scale light industrial mechanical complete sets of equipment, CNBM has the best-selling products at home and abroad. Its total assets exceed 2 billions RMB.
Being a subsidiary of CNBM, Anyang Gemco Energy Machinery Co., Ltd. will achieve favorable development and expand its business scope in the long-term, especially in large capacity biomass pelletizing equipments development at the international market. It is estimated that the annual production capacity of the new GEMCO factory will reach 2000 machines with total value of USD 800 million.
